Starting your water service

 

To START service:

 

  • Complete Application for Water Service.

  • Email to eoch2o@eocwd.com  or personally deliver the completed and signed application along with copies of a valid DL, lease agreement or recorded grant deed

  • Please contact our office at (714) 538-5815 regarding the required customer deposit to be paid by check only.

Stop Water Service

To STOP service, please email eoch2o@eocwd.com the following information:

 

  • Service Address

  • Stop Service Date

  • Forwarding Address
